Yes. Your company needs a unique domain to setup our software, mail in particular. It also looks much more professional to send mails from “yourname@yourcompanyname.com” rather than from an ordinary Google or Yahoo account, don’t you think?
The setup process looks different depending on whether or not your company has a domain.
If you have a domain and will use it for your mail service:
Example: For a domain “yourcompany.com”, mail addresses may be expressed as “yourid@yourcompany.com”, and Mail/Collaboration Web application addresses as “office.yourcompany.com”.

If you do not have a domain, you’ll have to purchase one first. When buying the new domain, you can add MofficeSoft DNS server information:

After receiving your domain:
1. MofficeSoft will setup your domain in the DNS server.
2. Log into Web access URL through the postmaster(Mofficesoft administrator ID) account and add users.
Depending on the DNS’ MX settings, setup may take anything from less than an hour to several days. If you requested a free trial for a secondary domain, setup will likely take less than an hour.
No, MofficeSoft Web applications can be accessed through Internet browsers without any further downloads. However, additional desktop applications for Windows and Mac as well as Android and iOS mobile device apps can be downloaded from the Web app and app stores respectively.
